O, that's sad.  My 12 mini is sitting in my pocket right now and I don't 
have a bit of trouble with it.  But that is the beauty of iPhones.  There

I misspoke. I had the 12 mini, and had it for a year and a half. The only 
times I got it to work were completely accidental. Lol.

When I had a 13 mini I had to swipe and enter my pass code all the time.
Even though the phone guy set up the facial ID, I almost never got it to 
work. I switched providers this year and got the 2022 SE and am happy to 
have a home button with touch ID again. With my facial ID not working, I 
couldn't bank, buy things or pay my apple bill on my phone.

            On the iPhone 13, is there a way to make it where you can do 
something other than swipe up with one finger to get to the pass code field 
to unlock it? Also, has anyone been able to set up face recognition? It 
seems like a very visual process.
