Hi Paul, I use the iPhone app for YouTube TV and go to the New in your
Library tab. Then, I flick to the right and find my new recordings. I hope
this helps.

I also have YouTube tv. I tend to go to the New in Your Library heading
using the iPHone app and a then flick to the right. I've found my
recordings that way. Hope that helps.
