There are apps out there, that companies use, that work with a variety of
appliances.  Do you know the name of their app, in case someone else has
used it?

We are looking for a new dishwasher and found an inexpensive brand called
Midea. 

In order for me to use it I'd have to use the app, and of course I can't
test the usefulness of the app without a live dishwasher. 

Anybody have any experience with this app and dishwasher?
