I have the same model Cuisinart as you and I love it.  It is a bit large, 
but I made room on my counter opposite my microwave and coffeemaker.

It does everything.  Toaster, oven, convection oven, broiler, air fryer and 
warming oven.

The only thing I use my stove and regular oven for anymore is to make an 
omelet , a big pot of soup or chili, or a large casserole, such as lasagna.

The four knobs are easy to memorize, and I had a sighted person describe 
them to me and keep a document on my computer that describes the knobs and 
the different settings, although, after using it awhile, I have most of them 
memorized.
