Tina:
You have to download the Keurig app to your phone and then pair it to the
Alexa skill.
It does have buttons, and I have marked the ones I use with bump dots.
I don't have to use the buttons unless my Wi-Fi is down, which almost never
happens.
Once you pair it to your smart speaker, you just put in the pod the night
before and put the cup under the spout. Then just tell the Alexa to make
coffee.
I did have some sighted help to set up, but have had it about six months,
and haven't needed anyone since.
I don't think it has a froth function, but it does make iced coffee, but I
only drink two cups in the morning, so have never used that function.
I always had my coffeemakers on a timer before, so that I could pour a cup
immediately when I get to the kitchen. One of my Echo dots is next to my
bed, so I just tell it to make coffee as soon as I wake up and by the time I
get out of bed, turn on the news, and go into the kitchen, it is there
waiting for me. Even waiting for 30 seconds to stand and wait for it to
brew would irritate me. Hahahaha.
Also, it has a large water reservoir and lasts me three days before
refilling.
