Actually, it's Jaws key shift b.  Jaws key can be either the insert key or
the caps lock, depending on which keyboard layout you have chosen.

 You have to press Caps Lock, Shift and B at the same time and then release
them. It doesn't matter what order you press them in. JAWS help (F1) has a
