[Electronics-Talk] Victor Stream 3 - features query

I can't figure it out. Somebody know? Does the new Victor Stream version 3 no longer record internet radio?
I have done it for years on the Stream 1 and 2.

When I hit the record button on the Stream 3, it is only creating a Note.
I have tried to run through the settings. Don't see a setting to turn it on or anything.

Pleased to know if somebody can tell me.
