Hi Tracy,

QardioArm is the one that was suggested to me when I asked the same 
question a while back. QardioArm blood pressure monitor connects to your 
phone via Bluetooth. As far as I heard, the app for the iPhone is very 
accessible, but I do not know about the app for the android.
