Hey christopher, the ones from Amazon, that talk or accessible. There is a button that is just one button that you press to take your blood pressure. What is the cup is around your arm. Once a cup is around your arm, and you press the button, and she'll start singing, and playing some music to relax you. Once the blood pressure is taken, it will speak to results of your readings.
