Most of their website is OK by me, except of course when it isn't.
I guess I'll call their disability line, since I really do have a question.
In my experience, the people there don't have any more info than is on the
website, but maybe they can see the questions, or the picture, and answer my
question.
It would annoy me seriously to have to use AIRA to ask a question of a giant
company like Amazon.

Since Amazon is now the world's largest merchant, why isn't the NFB getting
involved and demanding that their web site be made more blind friendly or
else they will take legal action? Or are they afraid of big bad Jeff Bezos?
