Thanks Gerald.  I followed your directions and found the question section, and I was able to ask a question myself.  It's not as easy to find as it used to be, but it's there.

I think I may have discovered a way to access customer questions and answers on Amazon, at least for some products.  As you guys have discovered, clicking on the answered questions link for a particular product does not work.  To get to the Q&A page, do the following:


1.  Search for a particular product on Amazon.

2.  When you have found the product you want, click on it.

3.  Now use the JAWS or NVDA find command to search for "see more reviews".

4.  On the next page of customer reviews, use the find command to search for "question".  Then click on the link for answered questions, and you should be able to access the first page of questions and answers.
