Good afternoon everyone,

We also have the same Denon Receiver and a Denon portable speaker that is in
our master bedroom. For a small speaker it has lots of power! The only thing
I have yet to figure out is how to call up music services and radio stations
directly on these denon devices. We want to be able to do this in the event
our tv goes south again so we'll always be able to access our various music
services. Both Denon devices have Alexa and Heos enabled. Some information
on knowing how to do this directly on our Denon devices will be very much
appreciated. Matt and others will also benefit from this how-to.

Well, what I have is the AVR-X1700H Denon 7.2-channel home theater receiver
with Wi-Fi®, Bluetooth®, Apple AirPlay® 2, and Amazon Alexa compatibility.
I got this a hear and a half ago based on my configuration and requirements.
I'd think all Denon receivers running HEOS and working with the HEOS ap
would be equally accessible.

Could you please give model number or series of Denon receivers?
thanks.--Matthew Chao

accessible either through an app or talking remote. I have a 7.1 surround
sound system hooked up to my TV and DVD player. However, whenever I need to
change a setting on the system, I need some sighted assistance. Any ideas
would be helpful. Thanks in advance.--Matthew Chao
