[Electronics-Talk] That New Phone

No, the Mini Vision 2does not support Android apps. It comes with a
limited set of built-in apps like currency identifier and simple GPS
locator, but you cannot install other apps. This is a basic feature
phone, not a smart phone, and if it doesn't have the features you are
looking for, then you are out of luck. And for $329, it seems overpriced
for what it offers. And if it breaks or stops working after the warranty
expires, which is what always happens, then you are totally screwed
because you may not be able to get it fixed. Keep in mind that the Mini
Vision 2 is made by the same company that made the ill-fated Lucia phone
and Captain GPS device. Caveat emptor.
