A few possible side thoughts… People excel and enjoy and are engaged if they can comfortably complete the task. If it’s difficult and too hard like one lady with some extra deck stair any problems then how can anyone find a problem if a company is willing to put something out that can meet different needs. I find interesting also that Verizon was going to get rid of their flip phones because the grand Smart phone was there and what they discovered as people were getting addicted to the phones and the huge phone prices and plans that were expensive and also difficulty using them. So instead of getting rid of the flip phones they’ve gotten more and so possibly they are convey some main stream answers in there for a few folks. Just a few thoughts in different directions Tom
