I have the same one she does, and this is the one I recommend.  To answer your question, you have to read everything through the app.  The results are consistent every time I use it.

Thanks a lot Annette. Does the Kardio Arm BP monitor have a speaker of its own or do I have to read the results only via a bluetooth connection to a smart phone? Do you find the results consistant and accurate?
