[Electronics-Talk] The New Stream?

Hello Donald and all,

That is an excellent question.

There is indeed a new VR Stream.
This wonderful product to play books, music, and text files has been around
for years and is made by Humanware.
For those who have not seen one, I highly recommend seeing it at the next
convention or if you have a friend who owns one, ask them. I have the VR
Trek which is like the VR Stream second generation and also it has the GPS
function.

I don't have an answer other than what Laz told us.

The new VR stream will come out next month. From what little I know, it’s
the same size retaining the familiar numverpad. It also has bluetooth
support as well as supports larger sd cards.

I hope it will also have a longer battery life, more internal memory, louder
speaker, and better wifi connections.

I plan to contact Humanware to ask about it. In fact there is a Humanware
dealer in my area and I might just go see it in person for a hands on
demonstration.

Great question and I hope more listers here can share info that I do not
have!

Ashley

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] The New Stream?

Rumor has it that a new version of the Victor Stream is coming out next
month.

Is there any info about what differentiates the new one from the previous
ones?

Thanks in advance.
