[Electronics-Talk] My Smart TV Wants to Chat With Me

I have a Samsung smart TV that has some speech output.
For the last week or so, my TV occasionally pops up a chat box and says, 
"Chat notification, select ENTER or the button on the right to join the 
chat".
The dialogue only lasts a few seconds and disappears. Has anyone experienced 
this and does anyone have an idea of why my TV wants to chat with me?
Are the controls mentioned in the message on the remote or on the screen, 
and how would one interact with them?
