[Electronics-Talk] iphone constantly refreshing after updating to IOS 16.31

Anyone else's iphone constantly refreshing since updating to IOS
16.31.  According to Google to resolve the issue go under settings,
app refresh, and turning the refresh option off for the offending app.
The refreshing occurs most frequently in.
* Gmail
* Twitter
* NFB Newsline
* and when surfing the web.

I did not find these apps listed and I don't want to turn off all
refreshing.  This was not an issue with previous versions of the
operating system.
