Banacek (sp?) has descriptions.
Last year or so was the 50th anniversary of Doctor Who, and the BBC added
descriptions to all the classic Doctor Who from the '60's to the '80's.
Great stuff!
I mostly use Sero, which has a section for described TV and movies. They
have a whole lot from all over the world, but mostly from the UK and USA.
It's like $5/month, and well worth it. It's only the audio track, so
sighted people won't like it, but I do.
Freevee, the free version of Amazon Prime's TV stuff, has a few described
shows. I think that, if audio descriptions is set to on, they automatically
play if they're available, which is nice.
