Could use some suggestions on troubleshooting the following issue.  My
iphone updated to 17.4.1 overnight and now I hear "rate equals 211" at the
begining of every action from flipping through icons on my home screen to
trying to read sentances in Twitter or a NFB Newsline article.  Getting
ready to dig through the Apple Support site, but it would help if I knew
what I am looking for.
