You can often do graphics right in word … have used this trick for years 
Although n to insert P to picture 0 to online pic. Type in what you want …we always put outline afterwards. Otherwise the graphics come out very cluttered so if you’re looking for a Christmas tree, you do Christmas tree outline. Hit enter on that and sometimes you have to tab to the first graphic sometimes it pops you right in so use space to select it and tab to insert and enter.
After u Insert into your document, of course your embosser is going to already be set up as default in your printer and scanner settings, and control P and embosser it off
