Hi I have an older CDAPAP machine and it has buttons and knobs on it. 
It clicks to let you know what mode you are in, especially when you are 
setting the strength of the humidifier and I use distilled water for 
the water chamber.

It does not talk but if I do need soemoen to look at the presure I 
usually use either AIRS or if it's somethign quick then I will use Be My Eyes.

I have even been able to read the dispploay with the Be My AI.
