Hi I got the Milestone 120 voice recorder and it's a very nice little recorder.

Parts of the device talk such as telling you what folder you are in, 
the memory usage and it also has audio cues and it will beep when you 
are the start of the recroding and when you delete a recording it will 
sound like that it is being tossed into the trash.

It makes a crumpling sound like crumpling up a piece of paper. You can 
get this from verious places including independent Living Aids and L S and S.
