[Electronics-Talk] Enabling Indoor Air Quality on VIP3000

Hi, Folks.  I have a Talking Thermostat VIP3000.  I'm replacing it with
another VIP3000, as the older thermostat is wearing out. The older
thermostat was set with an "indoor air quality" option which allows the
fan to come on at the top of the hour and run for 15 minutes, then shut
off.  The idea is to circulate the air to keep the area from becoming
stuffy.

The problem is that the new t-stat is not set up for indoor air quality
(IAQ).  While the manual talks about this mode, it's not clear as to how
to enable IAQ mode.  I even tried googling this issue, but no luck.
Does anyone on this list know how to enable IAQ?  It's one of the few
things on the VIP3000 that doesn't speak.

Thanks in advance for any advice you might have.--Matthew Chao
