I do have a hearing loss and use cochlear implants and the Amazon Fire TV is
very easy for me to understand. I would highly recommend it.

I also have an amazon TV. Not only does it work with Alexa, but you can
enable voice view which is quite clear and easy to understand. I don't have
a hearing loss or use hearing aids, but I had the Samsung TV, and I find
amazon's voice view much easier to understand.

Hi Terry, what TTS does the Toshiba use?
We'll be in need of a new TV shortly when we relocate, since the NZ TV
standard is different from the US one. The Samsung we have has done well,
but as a hearing impaired person I find the TTS very difficult to
understand. Hoping the Amazon/Toshiba one is better in this regard.

Hi Matthew ,
I have 2 of the Toshiba Amazon smart tv's, 1 55 inch and the other is a 32
inch.
Very easy to use with voice.
Good luck.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Fully Accessible 40-inch TVs
Hi, Folks. I'm looking to buy a 40-inch TV that's accessible, meaning
that it has text-to-speech so I can configure the TV with speech. I
currently have two Samsung TVs that speak once accessibility is
enabled. Can anyone here recommend TVs that willl meet the above
requirements? My TVs are seven years old, and I'm concerned about
upcoming new TV standards. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.--Matthew Chao
