[Electronics-Talk] Fully Accessible 40-inch TVs

Yes, my older Samsungs are the same way.  They are FULLY ACCESSIBLE, and
by that, I mean nearly all settings, including setting up wireless
connections.  In contrast, my Sony DVD-BluRay player claims to be
accessible, but you can't set up wireless or go into its built-in apps
like Netflix and expect them to speak.

Bottom Line:  Watch out when you look at "avccessible" items such as TVs
and DVD-BluRay players.  And yes, I still use one of those players, as I
have lots of movies and documentaries I like to view once in a
while.--Matthew Chao

All I had to do is instantiate the Accessibility Voice Guide function by pressing and holding the Mute / Volume button for a couple of seconds. Then the Accessibility menu is fully spoken. Voice Guide is the first options.
