HiI got the med alert system from connect america. It comes with one 
big pendent that can be worn around the neck and two activators oone 
that can be worn around the neck and another that can be worn like a 
wrist watch.

The device tells you one you place it on the charger. it wil say:
"Your device is now charging." I usually charge it over night and put 
it on in the morning. It cango in the shower and it's water proof 
actually all the activator controls are water proof.
