Hi Jim,
I use the Total Connect Comfort app on my iPhone to operate the thermostats
of both our houses. If you have a smart phone I suggest installing this
app, it's very accessible. You might need your HVAC technician to get all
this setup, but you can call Honeywell tech support and see what they can
help with, info below. We also have the Honeywell thermostats connected to
our Amazon devices and we can talk to the devices to control the thermostats
as well. Our thermostat model is:
Honeywell Thermostat Model#; TH9320WF

Take care.
Mike. Sent from my iBarstool.

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] Accessibility of Honeywell red link
Honeywell red link is a gateway that brings Wi-Fi connectivity to
Honeywell thermostats. Does anyone have experience with it to know if it is
accessible? We just moved into a house that has a Honeywell thermostat that
is touchscreen and so the only way we can operate it is if we can find
Wi-Fi access. To my knowledge, we cannot replace it with a nest or a known
accessible thermostat. All ideas are welcome.
