Try Remote Incident Manager by Pneuma Solutions.

Developed with blind people in mind, it can handle screen readers with less hassles than its main competitor "team viewer".

Have a look at:

Subject: [Electronics-Talk] viewing other computer screens and remote operation of another pc accessible options

Hi all,

Is it possible to view someone else's computer screen from your own pc if using a screen reader? I would think not but just wanted to ask those who might use pcs more and who know advanced things.

I was hoping to view another screen from my home pc. For instance, if I wanted to view my brother's pc screen from my pc and we are in separate locations, I'm wondering if its possible. I know for sighted users it is by using something like Team viewer.

Next, is it possible to use a screen reader and remotely operate another pc?
I would think not, that is unless the other person has a screen reader also running. I do know Jaws has a tandem feature built in, but have not used it.
Jaws Tandem sessions may be beneficial for the occasional case when I need to demonstrate a task to other screen reader users or vice versa. I also might want to trouble shoot an issue with another screen reader user and in this case it would be helpful.

But usually the person's pc I'd want to control would not have a screen reader running.

Are there any options?

Thanks,

Ashley
