Everybody has their negative stories about their service provider. I’ll start off with a positive and say they’ve never raise my fee in probably 15 years. The negative is the service is grossly slow and only do email. They lied for years and said that they were going to upgrade the service before they finally said that they would not, again after years. I quit calling customer no Service years ago and when I move there will never ever be AT&T in my bills to be paid section. People feel good and important to give out happy news and make things up, but it took too many phone calls in years to find out they never had any intention of improving the service that again I only use email on
