[Electronics-Talk] TalkBack and audio descriptions

My cable company uses TalkBack to make their streaming box accessible.  If I
watch something with audio descriptions in realtime, it may have the
descriptions, but, if I record the show to watch later, it does not have
descriptions.

Also, some PBS shows do not have descriptions on the TV, but do on the PBS
app.

Is there any way to get around these problems?  With the old accessibility,
I could switch language and get descriptions, but TalkBack does not let me
do that, even though it has a language option.
