You might consider the cuisinart TOA-60 or TOA-70.  Both units have knobs on them which, when marked, will provide all the usibility you could want.  Warm, broil with convection, Broil, Toast, Bake with convection, Bake, Airfry and (only on the TOA-70) Grill.

Oh, they don't run you a lot of money either.
