[Electronics-Talk] Using the Bose updater app

Hi all,
I have a bunch of Bose portable speakers and such that could probably use
updating.  There are several Bose apps that you can use on your iPhone but
they don't have all of the Bose products on them.  So, I called Bose to ask
them about this.  They told me to go to 
Btu.bose.com
And download the app there and this would have all the products to update.
So I went there on my iPhone and received the message that the site was not
designed for mobile device used and you needed to use a laptop or PC to
download the program.  So I went there and never did get the app downloaded
on my computer.  My question is, Has anyone used this and if so, how do you
update these items if they are not connected to your computer?  I do have
the serial numbers for each device. I also do have a Bose account. If anyone
can help, this would be great.  Thanks much.
