[Fabs] looking for someone who has experience with The Florida Division of Blind Services funding training at the Colorado Center for the Blind

hello all National Federation of the Blind of Florida Members:
Hi this is Alex Kaiser. I am looking to find out who on this email list
has attended the Independence Training Program at the Colorado Center for
the Blind in the past several months. If anyone has attended did the
Florida Division of Blind Services pay full sponsorship or was there a
joint partnership Between the Florida Division of Blind Services and the
Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation for sponsorship?I was told
by my  Florida Division of blind services councilor Linda Clark that the
Division of Vocational Rehabilitationthe and the  Division of Blind
Services are supposed to have a joint partnership for me to attend the
CCB. Is this a false notion? I spoke to my Division of Vocational
Rehabilitation Councilor Bonnie Paul and he said that DVR can't help me.
Is the Florida Division of Blind services supposed to pay the Colorado
Center for the Blind in full outright with no assistance, or, is the
Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation supposed to assist the
Florida Division of blind Services with the financial payment to the
Colorado Center for the Blind? An email off list regarding this matter is
