[Fabs] Recording College Classes with an iPhone 5

Yes, you can deffinetely do it.
Its recommended you have headphones on, just so you hit recording and
turn voiceover off, and then keep your earbuds on hand just in case.
Also keep them connected so you can turn the recording off or anything
without voiceover getting in the way on the playback.
You can also skip around within the recording, by certain seconds, or
minutes--though that's up to the phone unfortunately.
I don't think there's any set amount of minutes or anything like that
that you can skip through.
Keep in mind one benefit of doing this though is you can later synch
this to your computer and listen to your lectures on iTunes, which is
a plus as well.
