Hey Helga! I can answer most of what you asked.

1. The essay font size should be standard 12pt font. Besides that I do not think there are any requirements like APA or MLA style etc. You can write it at whatever font size you normally do and just resize it later.

2. Yes you can use your essay from last year but I personally recommend simply use it as a baseline and update it with new accomplishments, or whatever you feel significant that happened this year. 

3. Yes you can upload the transcript from your college site. It should come up as a PDF so just save it and attach to your scholarship application. Or you can go for paper if you want.

4. I do not have Ms.Patty's direct e-mail, but you may be able to contact her through the scholarship e-mail scholarships at nfb.org I think it was. You can also call the national office at (410)-659-9314 and press zero to get the operator. Ask for scholarships and your set.
