[Fabs] question on FS Reader and Learning Ally

   Hi everyone!
OK, so I have a question, because I'm running into a rather serious 
issue with FSReader.
I just opened a Learning Ally account yesterday, and I installed the UAK 
and everything.
Today I downloaded my textbook for Technical and Professional Writing, 
which is a course I'm taking this semester--basically Composition 2 but 
especially targeted at Science, Technology and Business students, but 
I'm running into a troubling issue.
The book is in the "classic audio" format which means its recorded audio 
rather then the text itself, and when I try to navigate amongst the 
headings by pressing h, as usual, it keeps looping in the introduction 
section of the book.
If I open it, I can see all the chapters, etc, but as soon as I start 
playing, and either try to find a chapter by pressing h, or navigate to 
the next session, or go backwards, there comes a point where it just 
loops back to the Introduction, and it doesn't allow me to see anything 
else.
Anyone have any suggestions or work arounds for this?
