[Fabs] iTunes Issues, my iPhone 6S is not being recognize by iTunes!

Hi all! How are you all? I'm having an issue now with iTune guys! iTunes is not recognizing my iPhone 6S. Now I'm running iTunes 12.31 on my Windows 8 computer guys! I have my iPhone 6S now, and the AT&T guy made my   iPhone to be restore from iCloud, but for some reason my iCloud is still restoring my IPhone since Wednesday guys,and that is weird since I already have all my apps again. However, all my songs that i   synch on my ipHone were there  before when i use to have my iPhone 6, but now they are all gone guys! So whenever I connected my iPhone 6S to my iTunes on my computer, My computer freezes up and it does not allow me to move around iTunes with JAWS in order for me tto synch my albums back,and I really don't know why guys. Before iTunes told me that i need to download the newversion of iTuens in ordr to be able to synch my songs and so on to my iPhone, but it allso gave me the warning tht my iPhon e was not able to be recongnize though. Do you guys know what might be causing this problem? I really don't know what is going on. I wanted to ask you first before I decide   to go to the apple store guys and tell them my problem.  NOw I also have a Mac computer, and maybe  it is time I transfer all my iTunes library over there since my Windows is causing me some isues guys! i will really appreciate it a lot! if youcould help me with this and give me some suggestions! I tried restarting my computer, turning off and on my computer but it is not working guys! I look forward in hearing from you soon. Thanks and God bless!
