Greetings FABS

 

The latest from the 2016 Florida Legislative Session:

 

In regards to the hand guns, the debate and vote for the gun bills that we
predicted would pass out of the House only.  Those bills are currently held
up in the Senate, and will hopefully stayed locked up.

 

The Appropriations bills and the Implementing bills are on the agenda this
week in both chambers to be voted out:

Other substantive bills that have not yet been heard in their respective
first committee of reference, and may have been previously highlighted, were
taken off this update because the likelihood of passage is slim. 

 

As more details are available on the lingering  bills I will make them
available to the listserv.
