I hope this email finds you well! My name is Lisa Jordan, I am a second-year student at Stetson University who is also interning at the Braille and Talking Book Library in Daytona Beach as the Marketing and PR Specialist.  I am currently dedicating my time in this internship to expanding our outreach, particularly to young people, and I was recommended to the Florida Association for Blind Students through my contact, Fahad Amjad. I have copied him into this email.

I am interested in starting a book club through the Library, and Fahad said that FABS would be the best place to start. I have attached a word document that tells more about my book club idea, as well as a link to a survey for prospective members to gauge interest in the club. Please let me know what your thoughts are, and if you are interested we can set up a time to talk more about this over the phone or on Zoom.
