*Regular Monthly Meeting Minutes *

*June 26, 2022*

*1.    **Call to order *

·      *Meeting was called to order by President Jannik at 6:00 PM*

*2.    **Roll call*

*3.    **Absent: Tashara, Fahad, Camille, Marketing Committee: Grace and
Thomas*

*4.    **The Pledge was recited by Sewar*

*5.    **Secretary’s report: Sewar Quneibi *

·      *Update about meeting with UF’s disability service was given. They
agreed to put FABS’ info in their newsletter. *

*Elijah motions to accept last meeting’s minutes. Motion seconded by Meli.
All were in favor.*

*6.    **Treasurer’s report: Meliora Hatcher *

*Elijah motions to accept Treasurer’s report. Christian seconds it. All
were in favor. *

*7.    **Basket requested for the state convention *

·      *Peggy discussed for FABS to donate a basket to be auctioned at the
convention with a minimum of $50. The deadline will be given soon. *

·      *Basket committee was formed with Jose and Meli sitting as
co-chairs. It also include Sewar, Christian, and Jannik. *

*8.    **FSDB reunion in St. Augustine for $60*

*9.    **Door Prizes *

·      *Miranda also requested for FABS to help in gathering door prizes
for the convention. *

*10. Transportation options for the convention were discussed *

·      *Meeting was adjourned around 7:10 PM*
