[Fabs] Join the FABS 2024 Basket Committee

Hi all,

 

Every year at state convention, the Florida affiliate auctions off baskets
to raise money to go towards the National Federation of the Blind of
Florida. It is tradition for every chapter/division to compile and donate a
basket to be auctioned off at this annual event. Per usual, FABS will exceed
expectations by creating a desired unforgettable basket that is sure to have
people on the edge of their seats, but in order to do this, we need your
help!

 

Interested in joining the FABS basket committee? Join us tomorrow, August
10th at 6:00PM where we will decide on a theme and discuss potential item
ideas for the basket. This could include anything and everything from theme
park tickets, to cash and gift cards, to food and candy, to electronics, to
clothing, and even alcohol if we are feeling adventurous. Being part of this
committee will entail coming up with the theme and list of items, purchasing
items, asking for donations, bringing acquired items to state convention,
and helping with designing the appearance of the final basket.
