and the previous meeting's minutes. A significant portion of the meeting was
dedicated to the planning of the "New Year's Telegrams" fundraiser,
with detailed discussions on pricing, delivery methods, and content creation.
The board also reviewed the eligibility and application requirements for the
National Federation of the Blind student scholarship and discussed
representation at the upcoming Washington Seminar. The meeting concluded with
