Beth,
Thanks for the compliment/comment on the tags.  I am glad they are used by God to encourage you.

On my ride with my pastor, he talked about how the art of true discipleship is lost in the majority of American Christian churches.  I can see what he means.  The pastors today aren't acting like a disciple who comes alongside his flock and teaches and encourages as much as they are the CEO of a company.  The CEO analogy is mine, not my pastor's.
