[Faith-talk] Quote from Romans?

Hi all,

Earlier today I read someone's mention here of a verse 
in scripture, in Romans.  It was about something like, 
we have not yet shed blood?

Though I don't remember the exact phrase, I remember 
there was the word 'blood' in it, as the example given. 
I just searched the New Testament for the word blood 
(www.biblegateway.com), and nowhere in Romans does it 
find any similar sounding quote.

Can someone please help?  I'd like to know if it's 
actually scriptural, as it was a great quote.  ;-)
