Hi Beth,

That man's name is Todd Mlsna.  You might do a Google search and see 
if you can find him.  My friend who knew him is deceased, so I can't ask her.

There are many Federationists, and I'm sure nonFederationists, who 
are serving as heads of their communities of faith.  The rest of us 
just need to be involved as the Lord leads us.  Let your leaders know 
that you don't just want to be a spectator in the pews. and, anyone 
can have a prayer ministry!
