Peter that's the other end of the digestive system and it's something that 
is fairly routine.  I had one done a few years ago and it hurts a bit that 
day but the pain goes away fairly soon.  If they anesthesthetize you, you 
won't feel a thing.  If it's in the morning you'll feel better in the 
afternoon and fine the next day.
