[Faith-talk] Prayers for North Dakota Federationists

Good afternoon everyone,

    Here is a prayer request for members of our North Dakota Affiliate. I 
received an urgent message from Jenelle Bichlor the Affiliate's President 
concerning the flooding in that state. The situation in Fargo is critical. 
Most members should not need to evacuate. Jenelle told me that she and her 
family are month in immediate danger, but could loose utilities if 
conditions continue to worsen. The Red River is expected to crest tomorrow 
and another storm is due to move in to that area on Monday.

    Jenelle will keep me updated on the situation in North Dakota. 
Information for blind persons effected by the flooding will also be posted 
to the NFB of North Dakota Web Site:

    Our blind brothers and sisters in North Dakota need to be kept in our 
prayers and thoughts. Let's all say a special prayer for them, that the Lord 
will watch over them and bring them along with others in the flood-effected 
areas safely through and will provide the assistance they need to rebuild 
their lives and property when the storm is over. They will appreciate that 
very much.
