[Faith-talk] Braille Book of Common Prayer from Clovernook--Problems

Dear List Members,

I'm wondering if there are any Episcopalians out there who have
Braille copies of the Book of Common Prayer. I've been attempting to
purchase a couple volumes at a time until I have the whole book. So
far, two of the volumes have come in with chunks of pages missing.
I've been lucky to spot these errors; they happened to be in commonly
used sections of the book. I realized that I'm going to have to go
through every volume page by page to make sure the entire text is
there. Is this normal for Braille books? Has anyone else had this
experience with the Book of Common Prayer, and if so, were you
eventually able to obtain an accurate copy?

The book is produced by Clovernook Center for the Blind. Anyone had
luck getting faulty products replaced by them?

Thanks,
Ginnie
