Somebody spoofed your e-mail address, that is they altered the 
headers on a malicious message to make it look like it came from you 
-- even though it didn't.  It happened to several people, on several 
lists -- including me.  It also happened on some other 
blindness-related lists.  Just ignore it, the person is just trying 
to stir things up.
